Abarth refreshes 600e lineup with new Turismo and Competizione trim levels

Abarth has refreshed its Abarth 600e lineup, introducing two new trim levels that sharpen its identity: the 600e Turismo and the range-topping 600e Competizione. In the process, Abarth retires both the original 600e and the limited-run Scorpionissima, replacing them with a clearer, more focused performance hierarchy.

Abarth 600e Turismo: Everyday Sportiness, the Abarth Way

The new Abarth 600e Turismo becomes the entry point to the electric Scorpion family, priced at £33,995 on the road. But “entry-level” doesn’t mean tame. With 240 horsepower on tap, the Turismo is designed to deliver accessible, daily-drivable performance without losing the playful, aggressive character that defines the brand.

This version is aimed at drivers who want electric performance with attitude — quick enough to entertain, comfortable enough to live with, and unapologetically Abarth in look and feel. It’s the modern interpretation of sporty Italian motoring, built for everyday use but never boring.

Abarth 600e Competizione: Pure Electric Adrenaline

At the top of the range sits the Abarth 600e Competizione, priced at £37,995, and it’s here that the Scorpion bares its fangs. Replacing the Scorpionissima, the Competizione represents the most extreme expression of Abarth’s electric performance ambitions.

Powered by a 207 kW electric motor, the Competizione delivers a serious 280 horsepower, launches from 0–62 mph in just 5.85 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 124 mph. This isn’t just a quick electric crossover — it’s a performance machine engineered with racing DNA baked into every component.

Motorsport Hardware, Road-Legal Attitude

The Competizione doesn’t just rely on raw power. Abarth has equipped it with a Torsen limited-slip differential, high-performance braking hardware featuring monoblock calipers, and a chassis developed in close cooperation with Stellantis Motorsport.

Up front, Alcon vented discs and calipers improve fade resistance and braking stability, delivering a firm, confidence-inspiring pedal feel. Sabelt sports seats keep the driver locked in place during aggressive driving, combining lightweight construction with authentic racing aesthetics.

Grip comes courtesy of Michelin tyres derived from Formula E technology, featuring a double-compound tread that enhances traction while reducing noise and improving efficiency — proof that performance and sustainability don’t have to be enemies.

A Bold Look for a New Electric Era

Visually, the 600e Competizione makes sure no one mistakes it for an ordinary EV. A striking two-tone paint scheme pairs a vivid orange body with a contrasting black roof, emphasizing its muscular stance and aerodynamic silhouette. Exclusive side graphics further underline its performance intent.

Inside, the cabin is trimmed in premium Alcantara, blending refinement with a track-inspired atmosphere. It’s aggressive without being gimmicky — modern, focused, and unmistakably Abarth.

Built for the “Forever Young”

According to Abarth, the 600e Competizione is designed for “forever young adults” — drivers who want thrilling performance without sacrificing practicality. Built on the Perfo eCMP platform, a motorsport-inspired BEV architecture, the car balances cutting-edge electric technology with the rebellious spirit Carlo Abarth himself championed decades ago.

Available in a full range of body colours, the 600e Competizione blends heritage and innovation, honoring Abarth’s racing roots while pushing the brand confidently into the electric future.
