Leapmotor Expands Across Europe with 800+ Dealers as Sales Surge in 2025

Chinese EV brand Leapmotor is rapidly cementing its position in Europe, leveraging its partnership with Stellantis to expand both its dealer footprint and product portfolio across the EU and UK.

Backed by strong sales momentum and a competitive lineup of electric and hybrid models, Leapmotor is scaling at pace — with infrastructure, accessibility and affordability at the centre of its European strategy.

Sales Surge Signals Growing European Demand

Leapmotor’s European performance in Q4 2025 highlights the brand’s accelerating momentum. Deliveries surpassed 17,000 vehicles — a sharp rise from around 1,300 units in the same period of 2024 — securing more than 2% share of the EU29 passenger BEV market.

This rapid growth is driven primarily by:

– Leapmotor T03 – A fully electric city car positioned as an affordable urban mobility solution.
– Leapmotor C10 – A D-segment SUV offered in both all-electric and hybrid variants.
– Leapmotor B10 – A newly launched fully electric C-segment SUV targeting one of Europe’s most competitive segments.

Strong product-market fit, competitive pricing and expanding aftersales support have helped the brand gain traction in key EU markets.

Expanding Into New European Markets

In 2025, Leapmotor entered several new European countries, including: Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

This geographic expansion reinforces Leapmotor’s ambition to become a serious volume player in Europe’s fast-evolving EV market.

800+ Points of Sales and Service — Powered by Stellantis

A cornerstone of Leapmotor’s European strategy is its integration into the Stellantis retail and service ecosystem.

Stellantis provides Leapmotor with access to one of Europe’s most extensive dealership networks — a key differentiator for a relatively new entrant.

The company has now secured over 800 sales and service locations across Europe, effectively doubling its network compared to 2024. This expansion ensures that most customers can access a Leapmotor showroom or service centre within a 25-minute drive.

For EU and UK buyers, proximity and aftersales support remain decisive factors when choosing an EV brand. By leveraging Stellantis’ established infrastructure, Leapmotor addresses common concerns around servicing, parts availability and long-term support — issues that have challenged some emerging EV brands entering Europe.

Competitive Pipeline for 2026

Leapmotor’s growth is not limited to current models. The brand has an ambitious pipeline aimed squarely at European demand:

– Leapmotor B10 Hybrid EV – A range-extender hybrid version of the B10.
– Leapmotor B05 – A compact BEV hatchback targeting urban and suburban buyers.
– Leapmotor B03X – A fully electric crossover positioned in a high-growth segment.

This diversified lineup — spanning city cars, hatchbacks, crossovers and SUVs — is designed to cover multiple price points and use cases, aligning with Europe’s varied mobility needs.

Positioned for 2026 Growth

With robust Q4 2025 sales, an expanded dealer network and strong industrial backing, Leapmotor is well placed to scale further in 2026.

For European consumers seeking competitively priced EVs with local service access and established network support, Leapmotor’s strategy could prove particularly compelling. As Europe pushes forward with electrification targets and tighter emissions regulations, brands that combine affordability, accessibility and reliable aftersales infrastructure are likely to gain ground.

Leapmotor’s rapid European expansion suggests it intends to be one of them.
