Archer Completes 55 Mile Flight—Longest Yet For Piloted Electric Aircraft

Electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft company Archer Aviation announced that its Midnight aircraft successfully completed its longest piloted flight to date, flying approximately 55 miles (88.5 km) in 31 minutes at speeds exceeding 126 mph.
