All-New Mercedes-Benz Electric C-Class Debuts with 762 km Range, 800V Charging and MBUX Hyperscreen

Mercedes-Benz is redefining the midsize premium EV segment with the debut of its all-new electric C-Class.

Building on decades of success, the brand’s latest electric saloon blends familiar C-Class DNA with cutting-edge technology, delivering a compelling mix of performance, efficiency, and luxury.

A New Chapter for a Best-Selling Nameplate

Long regarded as one of the brand’s most important models, the C-Class enters the electric era with a design that is both progressive and instantly recognizable. A sleek, coupé-like silhouette, a distinctive illuminated grille, and a sculpted GT-style rear give the electric C-Class a bold road presence while staying true to its heritage.

Inside, the focus remains on comfort and craftsmanship. Premium materials, refined finishes, and a spacious layout create a cabin designed to feel like a personal sanctuary. The optional vegan interior, advanced seat functions with massage and ventilation, and immersive 4D sound system elevate the in-car experience to new heights.

Technology That Sets a New Benchmark

At the heart of the cabin is the expansive 39.1-inch MBUX Hyperscreen, delivering a seamless digital interface across the dashboard. Powered by the new Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS), the system supports over-the-air updates, ensuring the vehicle remains up to date with new features and improvements over time.

An AI-powered virtual assistant enhances usability by enabling natural conversations and learning driver preferences. Combined with augmented reality navigation and advanced driver assistance systems, the electric C-Class aims to simplify even the most complex driving scenarios.

Efficiency Meets Long-Distance Capability

The new electric C-Class is engineered for real-world usability, offering a WLTP driving range of up to 762 kilometers. Its efficiency is supported by aerodynamic optimization, an advanced heat pump, and a high-performance braking system capable of recuperating up to 300 kW of energy.

Built on an 800-volt architecture, the EV enables ultra-fast charging—adding up to 325 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes. The battery provides 94 kWh of usable capacity and supports bidirectional charging, allowing the car to function as a mobile energy storage unit.

Comfort, Dynamics, and Everyday Practicality

Despite its focus on efficiency, the electric C-Class does not compromise on driving dynamics. Rear-axle steering improves maneuverability, while AIRMATIC air suspension ensures a smooth ride over long distances. The result is a balance between agility and comfort typically associated with larger luxury models.

Practicality is also a key highlight. A spacious interior, flexible cargo area, and a 101-liter front trunk enhance usability. With a towing capacity of up to 1.8 tonnes, the electric saloon is positioned as a versatile option for both daily driving and longer journeys.

Safety and Intelligent Assistance

Safety remains a cornerstone of the new model. Advanced driver assistance systems, including the latest generation of adaptive cruise control and proactive safety features, provide comprehensive protection. New capabilities aim to deliver a more seamless driving experience, even in dense urban environments.

Raising the Bar in the Electric Midsize Segment

With its combination of long range, fast charging, advanced technology, and premium comfort, the all-new electric C-Class signals a significant step forward for Mercedes-Benz. As the brand continues its transition toward electrification, this model sets a new benchmark for what drivers can expect from a modern luxury EV.
