Yogo Electric Scooter Features Removable Lithium Battery

British company Econogo has launched Yogo electric scooter with a portable lithium-iron phosphate battery that can be fully recharged at home in one hour.

Econogo claims that the Yogo’s 11kg (25-pound) battery will power the scooter for 22 miles. The Yogo electric scooter is equipped to carry a second battery on-board for longer journeys, so with two batteries, you have 44 mile mobility.

The Yogo is available in both 100cc and 50cc engine sizes, with top speeds of up to 38mph. When it needs a top-up, the battery can be charged in an hour.

The Yogo is available in two power options — the equivalents of a 100cc and a 50cc, with top speeds of 38mph and 27mph respectively.

Prices will start around £2,000 ($3,000), depending on the configuration of your choice.
