NewMotion expands network in France

NewMotion – Europe’s largest electric charging partner – has expanded its network in France with more than 2,700 extra charge points. In total there are over 3,500 public charge points available for NewMotion customers in France.

To celebrate, NewMotion charge card holders can charge their EV for free up to 4 hours per session until to 21st of September.

Since 2009, NewMotion has grown its public charge network to over 50,000 charge points across 22 countries. The company delivers a range of intelligent cloud-based services to make electric driving as simple and comfortable as possible. NewMotion is active in France since 2016, where the company works closely with several partners.

Sander van der Veen, UK Country Manager: “As EV drivers are taking to the road faster than ever before, we are pleased to see the NewMotion community growing. It is important drivers have open access to charge on the go as well as a way to easily identify available public charge points. The expansion of our French network with 2,700 new charge points fits well with our ambition to become one of the largest European public charge network. We welcome British drivers and holidaymakers in France to take advantage of this fantastic offer.”

NewMotion’s global charge network includes Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, UK, Italy, Monaco, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia, Morocco and Malaysia.
