New Nissan LEAF Wins Autotrader ‘Must Test Drive’ Award

The all-new Nissan LEAF was named one of Autotrader’s “Must Test Drive” Award winners during the 2018 New York Auto Show. Now in its sixth year, the awards highlight the top new cars worth taking for a spin before shoppers make their final purchase decision.

After logging thousands of miles and experiencing its advanced technology, greater range and roomy interior, Autotrader’s editors unanimously named the Nissan LEAF as the sole electric vehicle winner in this year’s “Must Test Drive” Awards.

Autotrader noted the all-new Nissan LEAF for its updated interior, driver-focused technology and advanced safety features. Exceptionally balancing range and price, the 2018 LEAF boasts an impressive range of 151 miles and a reasonable starting price of $29,990.

“The all-new 2018 Nissan LEAF features leading-edge Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies, longer range1 and more horsepower with a starting price under $30,000,” said Brian Maragno, director of Nissan EV marketing and sales strategy. “Once consumers test drive the Nissan LEAF they’ll undoubtedly be delighted by the value it has to offer.”

The Autotrader “Must Test Drive” Awards highlight 12 new vehicles, which represent several segments with a focus on the needs of varying shoppers. Award winners are noted for offering a significant value for their asking price.

The all-new Nissan LEAF, winner of the 2018 World Green Car Of The Year award, is available in dealer showrooms now and features the latest Nissan Intelligent Mobility features, including ProPILOT Assist, e-Pedal and more.
