FIAT has opened UK order books for the all-electric Topolino, bringing its compact electric quadricycle to British customers for the first time. Designed for short urban trips and low-speed mobility, the Topolino combines retro-inspired styling with simple electric driving, offering an affordable entry point into zero-emission transport.
Priced from £8,995 on the road, the FIAT Topolino is available to order through selected UK retailers on a build-to-order basis.
Powered by a 6 kW electric motor and a 5.5 kWh battery, the Topolino delivers a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h) and a WLTP driving range of up to 46 miles (75 km). The lightweight electric vehicle is aimed at city commuting, local errands and leisure use, where compact dimensions and easy maneuverability are key advantages.
The Topolino features a single-speed automatic transmission with a simple three-position selector for Drive, Neutral and Reverse, making it especially easy for first-time EV drivers. Its compact footprint and excellent visibility further enhance usability in crowded urban environments.
Despite its small exterior dimensions, the cabin accommodates two occupants thanks to offset front seating. Practicality is also a priority, with up to 63 litres of storage, including the distinctive Dolce Vita Box—a fabric-covered dashboard-mounted compartment for everyday essentials.

The Topolino also celebrates FIAT’s heritage. Its name, meaning “little mouse” in Italian, revives the iconic Fiat 500 Topolino produced between 1936 and 1955, a model remembered for its affordability, compact design and unmistakable Italian character. The modern electric version blends that legacy with contemporary electric technology and a lifestyle-focused approach to urban mobility.
With UK orders now open, the FIAT Topolino expands the growing micromobility segment, offering an accessible electric alternative for drivers seeking a practical, low-cost vehicle for everyday local travel.
