Cadillac LYRIQ is the best-selling midsize luxury EV SUV in the US

The Cadillac LYRIQ is resonating with car buyers across America who value luxury, practicality, and all-electric capability. In the first three quarters of 2024, the LYRIQ was the best-selling vehicle in its class.

From January through September 2024, more than 20,000 new LYRIQs were sold in the U.S. LYRIQ sold more than 3,000 units in California and more than 2,000 units each in Florida and Texas.

EV buyers value three key elements: Range, design, and price. LYRIQ delivers on all three, and the sales success across America proves it. With an EPA-estimated 314 miles of range and public DC fast-charging capable of adding up to 77 miles of range in just 10 minutes, LYRIQ offers EV drivers peace of mind.

Available hands-free Super Cruise driving assistance technology and a luxurious interior bring comfort and ease to every drive. For drivers who are ready to switch to an all-electric luxury SUV, LYRIQ’s starting MSRP of $58,590 makes it impossible to overlook.

Later this year, Cadillac will add two more all-electric models to its portfolio, the ESCALADE IQ and the entry-level OPTIQ luxury SUV. In 2025, the all-electric VISTIQ three-row SUV will join the lineup, making Cadillac one of the only automakers to offer an all-electric model in every luxury SUV segment.

The Cadillac LYRIQ is part of General Motors’ compelling portfolio of all-electric vehicles. This year, GM surged past 300,000 total EV sales, and LYRIQ’s success across America will help us reach even bigger milestones. With the high-performance LYRIQ-V coming in 2026, buyers will have even more ways to enjoy this stylish, capable and compelling EV.
