Hyundai Expands Charge myHyundai With Preferred Partner Network and IONITY Pro Package

Hyundai Connected Mobility is enhancing its Charge myHyundai ecosystem with two major initiatives designed to make public EV charging more affordable and convenient across Europe. The company is expanding its Preferred Partner Network to additional markets while introducing a new IONITY Pro package that offers eligible new customers one month of free access.

Together, the updates strengthen Hyundai’s charging ecosystem by giving EV owners easier access to premium high-power charging stations, predictable pricing, and improved support for long-distance travel.

Preferred Partner Network Expands Across Europe

Hyundai has expanded its Charge myHyundai Preferred Partner Network across 13 European markets, including Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, and Slovakia, building on the service’s existing coverage.

Rather than adding new charging providers, Hyundai has elevated selected high-power charging (HPC) operators already within the Charge myHyundai network to Preferred Partner status. The new framework is designed to simplify charging decisions while delivering greater value for customers.

Drivers subscribed to the Charge myHyundai Smart tariff receive:

– 30% discount at Preferred Partner charging stations
– 10% discount across all other participating charging stations

The straightforward pricing model helps reduce charging costs while making it easier for drivers to choose trusted, high-quality charging locations.

Simpler Charging Experience

The expanded Preferred Partner Network addresses one of the biggest challenges facing EV drivers—finding reliable public charging at transparent prices.

By combining premium charging infrastructure with predictable discounts, Hyundai aims to remove uncertainty from public charging. The Smart tariff rewards customers for using preferred high-power charging stations while still maintaining access to the broader Charge myHyundai network throughout Europe.

New IONITY Pro Package

In addition to expanding its partner network, Hyundai is introducing the IONITY Pro package through Charge myHyundai.

Beginning July 1, 2026, customers registering an eligible Hyundai electric vehicle with Charge myHyundai for the first time will receive one month of free access to the IONITY Pro subscription. During the promotional period, charging remains pay-per-use, but customers benefit from the package’s discounted charging rates across the IONITY network.

After the free month, users can continue their subscription for a monthly fee, with pricing varying by market.

Access to One of Europe’s Largest Fast-Charging Networks

The IONITY Pro package gives Hyundai EV owners access to one of Europe’s most extensive high-power charging networks.

The network includes:

– More than 6,000 charging points
– Over 850 charging locations
– Coverage across 24 European countries

IONITY stations are strategically positioned along major transport corridors, typically every 120 kilometers, making long-distance journeys significantly more convenient.

With charging power of up to 600 kW under optimal conditions, compatible electric vehicles can add as much as 300 kilometers of driving range in around 15 minutes. The network uses renewable energy and supports all CCS-equipped electric vehicles, while its 800-volt architecture is designed for both current and next-generation EVs.

Available Across Charge myHyundai Markets

The IONITY Pro package is available in all Charge myHyundai markets, including Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

While subscription fees, charging prices, and energy cost benefits vary by country, the package gives Hyundai drivers a consistent way to access discounted ultra-fast charging throughout Europe.

Strengthening Hyundai’s European Charging Ecosystem

The expansion of the Preferred Partner Network alongside the launch of the IONITY Pro package represents another step in Hyundai’s strategy to improve the everyday EV ownership experience.

By combining discounted charging rates, premium high-power charging infrastructure, and broader access to one of Europe’s largest fast-charging networks, Hyundai is making long-distance electric travel simpler, more predictable, and more affordable for its growing base of EV customers.
