2026 Nissan Rogue Plug-in Hybrid Launches in U.S. With 38-Mile EV Range. 2026 Nissan Rogue Plug-in Hybrid pricing starts at $45,990.

The 2026 Nissan Rogue Plug-in Hybrid, the brand’s first PHEV sold in the United States, will begin arriving at dealerships in February with a starting price of $45,990 for the SL grade (excluding destination).

Designed to blend electric efficiency for daily driving with gasoline flexibility for longer trips, the Rogue Plug-in Hybrid expands Nissan’s electrification strategy while targeting one of America’s most competitive segments: compact SUVs.

On a full charge, the 2026 Rogue Plug-in Hybrid offers an estimated 38 miles of all-electric range, allowing many commuters to complete daily trips without using gasoline. When paired with its gas engine, total driving range reaches up to 420 miles, easing range anxiety on road trips.

The EPA estimates fuel efficiency at 64 MPGe, positioning the Rogue Plug-in Hybrid as one of the more efficient electrified SUVs in its class.

Every Rogue Plug-in Hybrid comes standard with Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, adding confidence in poor weather and light off-road conditions. The system delivers a combined 248 horsepower and 322 lb-ft of torque, giving the PHEV quicker acceleration than the standard gasoline-powered 2026 Rogue.

Two Well-Equipped Trims: SL and Platinum

Nissan is offering the Rogue Plug-in Hybrid in SL and Platinum trims, both generously equipped with modern tech and safety features.

Standard features on both trims include:

– 12.3-inch digital driver display
– 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system
– Wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto
– Four USB ports (two front, two rear)
– Heated front seats
– Leather-wrapped steering wheel
– LED fog lights
– Nissan Safety Shield 360 driver-assist technologies

The Platinum trim adds a more premium experience with:

– 10-inch head-up display
– Bose nine-speaker premium audio system
– Power panoramic sunroof
– Heated rear seats
– Leather-appointed seating

What’s Next: Rogue Hybrid e-POWER Coming in 2027

Following the plug-in hybrid launch, Nissan plans to introduce the all-new 2027 Rogue Hybrid e-POWER in late 2026. The upcoming model will use Nissan’s third-generation e-POWER system, engineered specifically for the U.S. and Canada, delivering electric-drive performance without the need to plug in.
