Leapmotor continued its rapid growth in June 2026, delivering a record 93,376 vehicles worldwide, an increase of 94.5% year-over-year and 14.5% higher than May’s 81,569 units. The result marks the company’s strongest monthly performance to date and further cements its position among China’s fastest-growing new energy vehicle (NEV) manufacturers.
The strong June performance helped drive second-quarter deliveries to 246,332 vehicles, representing an 83.7% year-over-year increase. During the first six months of 2026, Leapmotor delivered 356,487 vehicles globally, up 60.8% compared with the same period last year.
According to the company, the first-half performance also secured Leapmotor’s position as China’s leading NEV start-up by deliveries during the period.
A key milestone was also reached at the end of June, with cumulative global deliveries surpassing 1.55 million vehicles, totaling 1,552,590 units.
International expansion continues to play an increasingly important role in the company’s growth strategy. Overseas markets accounted for more than 12% of total deliveries during the first half of 2026, reflecting rising demand outside China and the brand’s expanding global footprint.
Leapmotor, which is backed by Stellantis, is aiming to maintain that momentum through an aggressive product rollout. The automaker has set an ambitious target of delivering 1 million vehicles in 2026.
The company recently refreshed its core SUV lineup with updated versions of the C10, C11, and C16, all launched on June 16. The three models now ride on an advanced 800-volt electrical architecture, offer up to 660 km of all-electric driving range, and start at 125,800 yuan (approximately $18,520).
Leapmotor also entered the premium MPV segment with the debut of the D99, its first flagship multi-purpose vehicle. Introduced on June 25, the D99 is available in both battery-electric and extended-range variants, with prices ranging from 249,800 yuan to 319,800 yuan. Customer deliveries are scheduled to begin on July 20.
The company’s international ambitions were further highlighted at the 2026 Hong Kong International Motor Expo, where Leapmotor displayed its full model lineup. It also officially launched the Lafa 5 electric hatchback in Hong Kong, with plans to introduce the model across 28 countries and regions.
To support continued sales growth in its home market, Leapmotor has also introduced a summer sales campaign in China, offering customers who place orders in July purchase incentives worth up to 61,279 yuan.
With record deliveries, a rapidly expanding product portfolio, and accelerating overseas growth, Leapmotor continues to strengthen its position as one of the fastest-growing players in the global electric vehicle market.
