Geely EX2 Arrives in the UK from £20,990 with Up to 214 Miles of Range

Geely Auto UK has officially announced pricing and specifications for the all-new Geely EX2, a compact electric SUV designed to make EV ownership more accessible for British buyers. Starting from £20,990 on-the-road, the EX2 combines competitive pricing with a generous list of standard features, modern technology and a choice of three trim levels.

The new model will be offered in Pro, Max and Ultra specifications, giving customers a straightforward range while maintaining a high level of equipment across the lineup.

Two Battery Options and Rear-Wheel Drive

The entry-level Geely EX2 Pro is equipped with a 35 kWh battery and a 60 kW electric motor, delivering up to 155 miles (249 km) of driving range on a full charge.

Buyers looking for more range and performance can choose the Max or Ultra, both of which feature a larger 47 kWh battery paired with a more powerful 85 kW electric motor. These versions offer a maximum driving range of 214 miles (344 km).

All variants feature rear-wheel drive, DC rapid charging up to 80 kW, and a 6.6 kW onboard AC charger, allowing drivers to recharge quickly whether at home or on the road.

Well Equipped from the Start

Despite its affordable starting price, the EX2 Pro comes with an extensive list of standard equipment. Highlights include synthetic leather upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats, a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, keyless entry and start, privacy glass, LED daytime running lights and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability.

Safety has also been given high priority. Every EX2 comes standard with seven airbags and a comprehensive suite of advanced driver assistance systems, including:

– Adaptive Cruise Control
– Autonomous Emergency Braking
– Lane Keeping Assist
– Blind Spot Detection
– Rear Cross Traffic Alert
– Driver Monitoring System

Max Adds More Range

Priced from £23,490 OTR, the Geely EX2 Max upgrades to the larger battery and more powerful electric motor, increasing the maximum driving range to 214 miles while offering stronger performance.

For buyers who regularly travel longer distances, the Max represents a significant improvement in capability while maintaining a competitive price point.

Ultra Brings Premium Features

The flagship Geely EX2 Ultra starts at £25,490 OTR and introduces a more premium specification.

Additional equipment includes:

– Two-tone exterior paint
– Ambient interior lighting
– 360-degree camera with transparent chassis view
– Wireless smartphone charging
– Heated front seats
– Heated steering wheel
– Power tailgate
– Six-speaker premium audio system
– Direct tyre pressure monitoring system

Customers can also choose an optional white interior for an additional £200.

Exterior Colours

The new Geely EX2 will be available in six exterior finishes:

– Moon White
– Comet Grey
– Star Silver
– Nebula Beige
– Aurora Green
– Jupiter Pink

Affordable Electric Mobility

With a starting price below £21,000, generous standard equipment and a choice of battery options offering up to 214 miles of range, the Geely EX2 enters the UK market as one of the most competitively priced compact electric SUVs.

Its combination of rear-wheel drive, modern in-car technology, comprehensive safety features and practical everyday usability positions the EX2 as an attractive option for drivers looking to make the switch to electric mobility without stretching their budget.
