XPeng Inc., a leading Chinese smart electric vehicle company, today announced its vehicle delivery results for January 2023.
XPeng delivered 5,218 Smart EVs in January 2023. January deliveries included 2,249 Flagship G9 SUVs.
Vehicle deliveries for the month reflected seasonal slowdown during the Chinese New Year holiday period which began in mid-January.
Last year, the company delivered 120,757, representing a 23% increase year-over-year.
Total cumulative deliveries reached 263,928 as of January 31, 2023.
In December 2022, XPeng Flagship G9 SUV was named one of China’s Top 10 Cars of the Year in the 10th Xuan Yuan Awards, and received a 5-star Certification in the China Auto Health Index (C-AHI) assessed by China Automotive Technology & Research Center.
The company will soon unveil the new version of the P7 smart sedan.
