New Citroen e-SpaceTourer continues the brand’s electric revolution, offering zero-emissions mobility for larger families and businesses alike with space for up to nine people. Now available to order in the UK, e-SpaceTourer is capable of travelling up to 143 miles on a single charge, utilises rapid charging technology and boasts a hugely versatile interior. The brand’s new 100% electric MPV also comes packed with the latest equipment and driver aids.

New Citroen e-SpaceTourer is now available to order in the UK, with prices starting from £45,600 in ‘Business’ trim after the Government Plug-in Car Grant (PICG), with first customer deliveries anticipated from November 2020.

Available in both ‘Feel’ and ‘Business’ trim levels, the new e-SpaceTourer will suit the needs of both commercial and family buyers, with customer deliveries starting in November 2020.

New Citroen e-SpaceTourer measures 4,950mm long, 1,920mm wide (excluding door mirrors) and 1,890mm tall. With a clever interior design, new e-SpaceTourer is capable of seating up to nine passengers (in Business trim) – sharing the same award-winning practicality as the Diesel variants.

The full electric Citroen e-SpaceTourer is powered by a 50kWh battery connected to a 100kW (136hp) electric motor. Under WLTP testing, new e-SpaceTourer can cover up to 143 miles on a single charge, exceeding the average daily mileage requirements of most business and family users.

Supporting up to 100kW rapid charging technology, an 80 per cent charge will take just 30 minutes. New e-SpaceTourer also features a 7kW on-board charger as standard. A full charge from a 7.4kW domestic Wallbox takes 7 hours 30 minutes. For peace of mind, the lithium-ion battery pack in the new e-SpaceTourer comes with an eight year/100,000 mile warranty, for up to 70% of the initial battery capacity.

To enhance the ownership experience of the new e-SpaceTourer, Citroen has partnered with POLAR, the UK’s largest public charging station provider, to give customers a free six-month subscription to POLAR Plus. This brings with it the convenience of having access to more than 5,000 public charging stations across the UK.

Inside, there are up to three rows of seats, including the option of three seats on row one. The three second row seats come as standard with Isofix fitting points and feature a 2/3 : 1/3 split – making it ideal for family buyers. The third row can features up to three more seats. All of the rear seating can be removed without the need for tools, increasing load space up to a maximum of 3,968-litres.

All Citroen e-SpaceTourer models feature Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto and Mirror Screen for the ultimate in smartphone compatibility. Users also have access to DAB radio with Bluetooth and an easy to read seven-inch capacitive touchscreen. To set it further apart from the norm, new Citroen e-SpaceTourer also comes with a colour instrument display and Citroen Connect Box, which allows the driver to set up deferred charging or to pre-condition the vehicle via the MyCitroen mobile app on their smartphone. A drive-mode selector that allows drivers to switch between ECO, NORMAL and POWER also features as standard.

New Citroen e-SpaceTourer is available in ‘Feel’ and ‘Business’ trim – the former is aimed at family users. The ‘Feel’ model starts from £46,250 after the Government PICG and is designed with larger families in mind. ‘Feel’ versions come as standard with a child observation mirror, rail-mounted rear seats for optimum modularity, a load restraint net in the boot and automatic dual-zone climate control with six ceiling mounted air vents.

The ‘Business’ trim is aimed at professional users and start from £45,600 after the PICG. ‘Business’ versions feature seating for up to nine people and come with a hardwearing TPO floor for improved durability.
