Renault is recalling ZOE electric cars to remove the potential risk of rupture to brake fluid hoses.
Some 10,649 units of the ZOE EV are affected across Europe.
The vehicles were built between the car’s launch in 2012 and Oct. 6, 2014 at the company’s Flins factory, near Paris.
Renault says the recall is a preventative check, adding that it had not been notified of any accidents relating to the fault.
