CarCharging, a nationwide provider of convenient electric charging services for EVs, announced its partnership with City Park, a premier parking management company in Northern California.
CarCharging and City Park inaugurate their partnership with the availability of electric charging services at City Park’s MOMA Garage located at 147 Minna Street and the 750 Bush Garage located at 750 Bush Street, both in San Francisco, California.
The MOMA Garage is centrally located in downtown San Francisco, between 3rd Street and New Montgomery Street, and provides easy access to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art as well as the Moscone Center. The 750 Bush garage is located near the world class shopping district, Union Square, and provides parking to many of the boutique hotels in the area.
CarCharging’s services utilize electric charging stations manufactured by ChargePoint, which provide 240 volts with 32 amps of power to quickly recharge an EV’s battery. EV drivers can easily request CarCharging’s evCharge card on CarCharging’s website to initiate use and payment at any intelligent CarCharging station. CarCharging’s evCharge card also allows drivers to use charging locations on the ChargePoint Network, the largest national online network connecting EV drivers to EV charging stations.
Users can pinpoint electric charging station locations using the CarCharging map at CarCharging.com. The ChargePoint mobile application for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry phones also provides real-time charging station location information with turn-by-turn directions.
Drivers will soon be able to reserve a time slot, guaranteeing access to electric charging stations to recharge their electric vehicle.
