Stellantis EVs Gain Tesla Supercharger Access Across North America

Stellantis is opening up access to more than 27,500 Tesla Supercharger locations for its battery-electric vehicle (BEV) customers across North America.

The move significantly expands fast-charging availability for drivers of Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT, and Maserati EVs, addressing one of the biggest concerns among EV buyers: convenient and reliable public charging.

Starting now, Stellantis BEV owners can plug into Tesla’s extensive Supercharger network using a Free2move Charge North American Charging System (NACS)-to-CCS1 DC adapter. This adapter is available through Stellantis low-emission vehicle (LEV) certified dealerships and Mopar’s official online store.

In addition, customers can also use Tesla Superchargers equipped with the “Magic Dock,” which includes a built-in adapter—eliminating the need to bring their own hardware in some locations.

It’s important to note that only Stellantis-approved NACS adapters are supported, ensuring compatibility and safe operation across the network.

Seamless Charging with Free2move Charge

To streamline the experience, Stellantis integrates access through its Free2move Charge app. The platform allows users to:

– Locate Tesla Superchargers and other public charging stations
– Check real-time availability
– Manage payments in one place
– Navigate to nearby AC and DC fast chargers, including networks like IONNA

This unified approach simplifies on-the-go charging and improves overall usability for EV drivers.

Compatible Stellantis Electric Vehicles

A growing list of Stellantis EVs can now take advantage of Tesla’s Supercharger network with the adapter, including:

– Dodge Charger Daytona (2024–2026)
– Jeep Wagoneer S (2024–2025)
– Jeep Recon (2026, upcoming)
– Ram ProMaster EV (2024–2026)
– FIAT 500e (2024–2026)
– Maserati GranTurismo Folgore (2024–2026)
– Maserati GranCabrio Folgore (2024–2026)
– Maserati Grecale Folgore (2025–2026)

Native NACS Integration Coming Soon

Looking ahead, Stellantis is preparing to simplify things even further. The 2027 Dodge Charger Daytona will be the brand’s first model equipped with a native NACS charging port, allowing direct access to Tesla Superchargers without the need for an adapter.

By aligning with Tesla’s charging standard and expanding access to its vast Supercharger network, Stellantis is enhancing the practicality of its electric vehicles across North America.
