The all-new Mercedes-Benz GLC electric now available to order. Mercedes-Benz GLC goes on sale Germany next week with a starting price at 71,281 euros.

The all-new Mercedes-Benz GLC electric is the first Mercedes‑Benz to feature elevated design, including the redesigned, brand-defining illuminated and animated chromed grille.

More than just a striking design element, this iconic grille redefines the face of the brand, exuding prestige and self-confidence. This sets the tone for the electric GLC’s core promise: a ‘Welcome Home’ feeling of comfort and safety, paired with an intuitive digital experience. Shaped by extensive customer feedback – purposeful, refined and unmistakably a GLC – it enhances everything customers adore including a high-quality interior.

Built electric-only, it complements its best-selling sibling. It excels in performance, range, efficiency and charging speed while setting new standards in design, value, versatility and space in its class. Combining reliability and the elegance of Mercedes‑Benz with cutting-edge electric-drive systems and intelligent, intuitive software the GLC continues legacy in electric form – iconic, versatile, intuitive and smooth.

Competitive prices makes switching to electric mobility even easier

As of today, German customers can configure their desired GLC in the configurator, including prices and a payment calculator. Orders of the powerful 360-kW GLC 400 4MATIC with EQ Technology can be placed online and at Mercedes-Benz partners starting on 29 October 2025. The list price starts at 71,281 euros.

With this offer, Mercedes-Benz is providing its customers with a compelling argument to switch to electric mobility. Both attractive leasing and financing options will be available for the all-new electric GLC model, such as a monthly leasing rate of 475 euros for private customers. Four more electric models will follow; two of them later in 2026.

More space than ever before enhances passenger comfort and luggage capacity

The all-new GLC is the epitome of versatility, spaciousness and comfort, making it the perfect companion for everyday adventures. Seamlessly building on the proven qualities of the popular model series, the electric GLC takes things up a notch. With a wheelbase that’s 84 mm longer compared to the combustion GLC, passengers can enjoy an exceptionally roomy and comfortable ride. The result is 13 mm more legroom and 46 mm more headroom up front, while rear passengers benefit from 47 mm more legroom and 17 mm more headroom. For those requiring ample storage space, the GLC has it covered.

The boot provides a generous 570 litres of capacity and, when the rear seats are folded down, it expands to an impressive 1,740 litres. Additionally, the frunk (front trunk) contributes an extra 128 litres of load capacity and can be opened partially electrically via touch control. In addition to this, it boasts an impressive towing capacity of up to 2.4 tonnes. Whether preparing for a weekend getaway or a substantial shopping trip, the new GLC accommodates all needs.

The perfect blend for a smooth journey: comfort, agility, safety and easy charging

Experience supreme ride comfort and exceptional agility in the all-new electric GLC, thanks to its intelligent air suspension AIRMATIC and 4.5-degree rear-axle steering. The all-new electric GLC models in Europe come as standard with extensive safety equipment and the Distance Assist DISTRONIC. Depending on equipment and market, technical details include up to ten cameras, five radar sensors, twelve ultrasonic sensors and a water-cooled high-performance computer with sufficient power reserves for future functions and regular over-the-air updates.

Mercedes‑Benz bundles additional comfort assistance functions5 under the name MB.DRIVE. Completing the perfect journey is a seamless and intuitive charging experience, highlighted by integrated reservation function for charging stations6 as part of the MB.CHARGE Public  service – an industry-first innovation from Mercedes‑Benz.

Unlocking an expansive new spatial and digital experience

The all-new seamless MBUX HYPERSCREEN greets the customers as they step in the electric GLC. At 99.3 centimetres (39.1 inches), it is the largest screen in a Mercedes‑Benz, creating an immersive spatial experience with digital elegance. The warm and inviting ambient light, combined with the starry SKY CONTROL panoramic roof featuring switchable segments, elevates the unique Mercedes‑Benz ‘Welcome Home’ feeling to a new level.

Customers can choose from a variety of atmospheric display styles as background motifs. The instrument cluster, control elements, and ambient lighting colours go along with the selected emotional motif. This allows users to create a personal atmosphere in the vehicle where physical and digital worlds blend seamlessly thanks to the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS).

High-quality materials ensure first-class haptics and elegance – including animal-free options. Here, Mercedes‑Benz sets a new standard in the use of vegan materials with the optional Vegan Package. This sumptuous suite of interior soft-touch materials is certified by The Vegan Society Society. It makes Mercedes‑Benz the first car manufacturer worldwide to offer an independently certified vegan interior.

Generously equipped as standard and attractive packages

The all-new electric GLC boasts exceptional standard equipment. For those who want even more features, there are three equipment packages to choose from, each building on the last.

The highly popular AMG Line is available as an option. Exterior features include 20-inch light alloy wheels, a front bumper with air intakes and a chrome splitter as well as a special rear bumper. When the door is opened, drivers are greeted with an animated light show on the ground featuring a star pattern. The interior of AMG Line vehicles features sporty accents such as a sports leather steering wheel with a flattened rim and an AMG sports pedal set in brushed stainless steel with black rubber pads.

For customers who prefer even more sportiness, the AMG Line Plus is available. It adds additional design elements from the AMG Performance Programme to the AMG Line. These include a high-gloss black rear spoiler, illuminated high-gloss black door sills and exclusive 21-inch alloy wheels. Red MANUFAKTUR seat belts and the Night Package complete the AMG Line Plus.

For even more exclusive accents, the AMG Line Sport Seat Package and the Night Package are available in conjunction with the AMG Line. The expressive Night Package includes high-gloss black trim elements on the bumpers, side skirts and beltline, a high-gloss black upper casing on the exterior mirrors and tinted rear windows. The package also includes 20-inch alloy wheels.
