
In the fourth quarter of 2023, Tesla produced approximately 495,000 vehicles and delivered over 484,000 vehicles.
In 2023, vehicle deliveries grew 38% YoY to 1.81 million while production grew 35% YoY to 1.85 million. In 2022, theĀ Tesla reported annual deliveries of 1.31 million and production of 1.37 million electric vehicles.
The vast majority of Tesla deliveries in Q4, 461,538 units, were its Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, its more affordable mid-range offerings. It delivered 22,969 units of its Model S and Model X vehicles.
For the year, Tesla delivered 1,739,707 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles and 68,874 Model S and Model X vehicles.

Tesla did not report numbers for the Cybertruck and still has not reported production and delivery numbers for its Semi, the heavy-duty electric commercial truck.
