2024 Nissan LEAF Priced at $28,140

For more than a decade, the all-electric LEAF has played a key role in shaping Nissan’s vision for empowering EV mobility, offering innovative technology and accessible value. The 2024 Nissan LEAF is on sale now with a starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $28,140.

Nissan LEAF was recently refreshed for the 2023 model year with an updated exterior design and streamlined model lineup of LEAF S and LEAF SV PLUS, representing the most-requested customer configurations.

LEAF S features a 40-kWh lithium-ion battery and an EPA-estimated range of up to 149 miles. LEAF SV PLUS has a 60-kWh battery with up to 212 miles of range.

Nissan LEAF ownership is enhanced with EV Carefree+, an all-inclusive package that aims to give EV owners a positive, less-stressful ownership experience. It includes scheduled maintenance, EV charging assistance, EV Battery Health Assurance and EV Roadside Assistance – providing enhanced confidence and peace of mind for LEAF drivers.

Using the Quick Charge Port, the LEAF S can be charged up to 80 percent in 40 minutes, while the LEAF SV PLUS can be charged up to 80 percent in 60 minutes. LEAF comes standard with a portable charging cable allowing for connection to a standard 120-volt or any 240-volt outlet, for convenient charging options.

The advanced electric powertrain offers a convenient, one-pedal driving experience with standard e-Pedal. When enabled, drivers can start, accelerate, slow down and come to a full stop using only the accelerator pedal.

LEAF keeps occupants connected and informed with a NissanConnect® infotainment system with an 8-inch color display, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, SiriusXM® and four USB ports. EV-specific functions include a charging timer, allowing the driver to set their desired charging time for the vehicle, and a HVAC timer, allowing for pre-heating or pre-cooling the cabin.

On the SV PLUS grade, the system is upgraded with Nissan Door-to-Door Navigation, NissanConnect Services® and NissanConnect® EV. NissanConnect EV (free three-year trial included) gives owners even more control of their LEAF through a smartphone app allowing for functions like checking or changing charging settings, route planning and more.

Every LEAF has standard Nissan Safety Shield® 360, a suite of six active driver assistance technologies including Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, High Beam Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Rear Automatic Braking. LEAF also includes standard Intelligent Lane Intervention, Blind Spot Intervention and Intelligent Forward Collision Warning.

Additional standard driver assistance and convenience features include Rear Door Alert and rear parking sensors. LEAF SV PLUS adds Intelligent Driver Alertness, Intelligent AroundView® Monitor and ProPILOT Assist, which combines Steering Assist with Intelligent Cruise Control for additional assistance during highway driving.

The 2024 Nissan LEAF is offered in a streamlined choice of two grade levels that provide great value to customers seeking an electric vehicle. LEAF S is well-equipped with standard Nissan Safety Shield 360, Intelligent Key with push-button start, NissanConnect® infotainment system with 8-inch display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM radio, four USB ports (two front, two rear), automatic climate control, rear parking sensors and 16-inch wheels.

The SV PLUS adds ProPILOT Assist, an electric parking brake, LED headlights and daytime running lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, fog lights, an eight-way powered driver’s seat, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated front seats, heated outside mirrors and a hybrid heater. Additionally, SV PLUS includes Nissan Door-to-Door Navigation, NissanConnect EV Services, a six-speaker audio system, Intelligent AroundView Monitor and Intelligent Driver Alertness.

LEAF also includes the reassurance of a limited lithium-ion battery warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for eight years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, for the battery pack. Nissan also provides a limited warranty against battery capacity loss below nine bars of capacity as shown on the vehicle’s battery capacity level gauge for the first eight years or 100,000 miles for all LEAF models.

LEAF SV PLUS212 miles$36,190
