Paris Preview: Exagon Furtive e-GT

This are the first images of the Exagon Furtive e-GT 2+2 electric sports car which was unveiled to a small group of reporters ahead of its world premiere at this week’s Paris Motor Show.

The Exagon Furtive e-GT is powered by two electric motors developed by Siemens. The two engines develop a total of 340 HP and sprint the electric car from 0 to 62 mph (100km/h) in just 3.5 seconds with a range of up to 248.5 miles (400km).

Top speed is limited to 155 mph (250 km/h). Without the limiter top speed goes up to 186 mph (250 km/h). Furtive e-GT will be equipped with a range extender that recharges the battery and offers a total range of 435 to 497 miles (700 to 800 km).

Exagon says that the Furtive e-GT will go into limited production in 2012.

Exagon Motors is a division of Exagon Engineering, a specialist motorsport engineering company who are involved in WTCC and GT championships.
