Tesla Model S Comes to MPG Car Rental

Tesla-Model-S-Las-vegas
It’s not every day that you even get to look at – much less drive – a car that is poised to make some real history, but that’s exactly what the discerning customers of green automotive specialist MPG Car Rental can do with a simple car rental of the Tesla Model S.

A hybrid car rental may be exciting and green enough for many, but the entirely electric Tesla Model S is something else again.

Tesla founder Elon Musk has said that the Model S was intended to be not only to be the best all-electric car on the road but best car on the road, period. “With all due respect to an impressive Chevrolet Volt rental, the automotive experts agree that the Model S offers an all-electric experience that surpasses just about every car now on the road – electric, hybrid, or traditional.”

MPG Car Rental has made its name as the place for either a turbo-charged diesel, plug-in, or hybrid rental for Los Angeles and Southern California.

Offering the Tesla Model S to customers is the next logical step in the agency’s commitment to offering the broadest selection of green automobiles of any rental agency.
Last month, the Tesla Model S was named the 2013 World Green Car of the Year. This is just the latest win for the Model S. The all-electric sedan was named “Car of the Year” by both Automobile and Motor Trend in 2012 and even Time Magazine called it of the 25 Best Inventions of the year.
