IONITY introduces IONITY Fleet charging service

IONITY, Europe’s leading provider of ultra-fast charging infrastructure, is launching IONITY Fleet, its first solution designed specifically for corporate electric vehicle fleets. IONITY Fleet delivers an efficient, flexible, and sustainable charging solution that meets the growing demands of modern fleet management.

The new product offers competitive charging rates and flexible tariff models tailored to a range of fleet sizes and usage profiles. Centralised billing and management, handled by IONITY, streamline administrative tasks for fleet operators and offer better cost control.

With over 4,800 ultra-fast charging points providing 350 kW across its network, IONITY significantly reduces charging times, helping companies save time and boost fleet productivity. All IONITY charging infrastructure is powered by 100% renewable energy, contributing to the sustainability goals of businesses.

A key feature of IONITY Fleet is its new RFID card for businesses, providing seamless access to all IONITY charging stations across Europe. The card offers a hassle-free, instant charging experience with no need for authentication or login. Business customers can simply plug in the car and tap the card to begin charging. Companies with fleets larger than 250 vehicles can customise the card with their own branding for integration into their corporate identity.

With IONITY Fleet, IONITY is entering a new market and seizing a significant opportunity, driven by the growing demand for sustainable and efficient mobility solutions for businesses. Corporate fleets represent over half of all new cars sold annually in Europe, and with the EU’s clear target to decarbonise these fleets, initiatives supporting the transition to EVs are expected to grow. IONITY Fleet, combined with IONITY’s extensive network across 24 European countries, is the ideal charging solution to support these efforts.

“We’re seeing a strong rise in demand for electric fleet solutions as more companies embrace sustainable mobility. We are thrilled to support this transition with an efficient and scalable charging solution that perfectly meets the needs of this rapidly growing market,” says Simon Oetter, Head of CPO B2B at IONITY.

Businesses interested in IONITY Fleet can sign up now on the IONITY website to receive a tailored offering. IONITY Fleet will officially debut at the Flotte! Industry Meeting on March 26th and 27th, 2025, in Düsseldorf.
