Tesla introduces new 2-year lease program

Tesla Motors launched a new 2-year lease program for its Model S and Model X electric vehicles.

The new lease program is Tesla’s response to the requests of numerous potential clients, so instead of leasing the electric cars for three years, consumers can now have them for two.

A 2-year lease option is one of our most popular requests. We listened and are launching a limited time test of a 2-year lease on Model S and Model X. Starting at only $593/month, our new 2-year lease program was designed just for you to drive electric today, and is available on all Model S and X orders placed by September 12th.

Tesla adjusted the payment system, so consumers are required to pay $593 monthly after providing the required down payment for the car they want.

The $593 monthly payment is based on a Model S 60 RWD at $66,000 on a 24-month term with a down payment of $6,000.
