The all-new Skywell BE11 was officially unveiled to the British public by broadcaster and EV expert Rob Llewellyn at the Everything Electric Show in Harrogate. With its captivating appearance, stylish interior and advanced features, the exquisitely-crafted Skywell BE11 excels on all roads.
The mid-size all-electric SUV market promises to make the switch to electrification more affordable for families and business users alike.
Distributed in the UK by Innovation Automotive, the Skywell brand was formed in 2017 by Skyworth, one of the world’s largest consumer electronics brands, and the Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus Company, and this unique mixed heritage is evident through the advanced technology and strong build quality.
Exterior
The dynamic and emotive exterior design is characterised by the ‘razor’ LED headlights, sharp contours and stylish chrome accents, while the durable black skirting provides an effective shield against stone-chips and scratches.
The BE11’s athletic and refined silhouette is enhanced by the ‘Lynx’ 19” diamond-cut wheels and sleek roof rails, while the black skirting and window moulding add further protection for rough trail adventures.
At the rear, the sculpted rear spoiler and large silver skid plate reflect the BE11’s sporty and agile nature, while the powerful Skywell-illuminated rear lightbar oozes confidence and contributes to its distinctive kerb appeal.

All models are powered by a spritely 204PS/320Nm motor which propels the BE11 to 62mph in just 9.6 seconds, and there is an option of a 72kWh and 86kWh lithium-ion battery which provide practical ranges of 248 and 304 miles respectively (WLTP – Combined).

Ownership
The Skywell BE11 will be available to pre-order through the Innovation Automotive website from August 2024, with the first models arriving into IA’s growing dealer network in September.
Prices are yet to be announced but promise to be ‘extremely competitive’ and all models are backed by a 7-year vehicle warranty and an 8-year, 155,000 warranty for the battery.
