Mercedes-Benz EQB now on sale in Germany, priced from 55,311 euros before incentives

The all-new Mercedes-Benz EQB can now be ordered with prices starting at 55,311.20 euros. In Germany, an environmental bonus of 7500 euros makes this compact electric family car especially attractive. The EQB offers five seats as standard, and a seven-seater is an option for an extra 1416.10 euros. After the EQA, the EQB is already the second all-electric compact from Mercedes-EQ.

The model range initially comprises the EQB 300 4MATIC with 215 kW. Prices for the more powerful version start at 57,988.70 euros. The EQB comes with one year of Mercedes me Charge for free. Mercedes me Charge provides Mercedes-EQ customers with convenient access to a network of over 600,000 charging points worldwide. At the same time, they benefit from an integrated payment function with simple invoicing.

The EQB is available as the Edition 1 (8520.40 euros) for a limited time following the market launch. The exterior of this limited-edition special model combines elements of the Night Package with AMG body styling. 20-inch AMG light-alloy wheels, painted in matt copper with a high-sheen finish, round off the sporty appearance. Highlights of the Edition 1 interior include the upholstery in neva grey leather with CYBER CUT blue, the back-lit spiral-look trim element and ventilation nozzles with outer ring in silver chrome and air guide ring in energy blue.

The EQB is optionally available in the Electric Art variant unique to Mercedes-EQ (940.10 euros). Colour accents in modern rosé gold are used to embellish the upholstery in ARTICO man-made leather / Cupertino fabric and the air vents. The spiral-look trim element is back-lit. The equipment line also includes special 18‑inch two-tone light-alloy wheels.

Here are the key optional extras and packages

  • The third row of seatswith two additional individual seats (1416.10 euros) comfortably accommodates people up to 1.65 metres tall. Extensive safety features include retractable head restraints, seat belts with belt tensioners and force limiters on all outer seats and a side window airbag that also covers passengers in the third row.
  • The Advanced Package(included with Edition 1; otherwise 2570.40 euros) adds comfort and safety extras to the standard equipment of the EQB. In the interior, two 10.25-inch displays merge to form a Widescreen Cockpit. The driver is supported by the Mirror Package and the Parking Package with reversing camera.
  • The Advanced Plus Package(3677.10 euros) builds on the Advanced Package and enhances comfort even further. It includes the KEYLESS-GO Convenience Package, THERMOTRONIC two-zone automatic climate control, an audio system delivering impressive sound and wireless smartphone charging.
  • The EQB features intelligent driving assistance systems with cooperative support for the driver. The Driving Assistance Package](1439 euros) offers expanded functions.
