Lucid Motors today announced the official name of its elemental Lucid Air model – the Lucid Air Pure.
Starting at $69,900 (after US federal tax credit) and now available to reserve for just $300, the Lucid Air Pure delivers the performance of a 480hp electric motor yet offers a projected range of 406 miles on a single charge.
The Lucid Air Pure now joins the rest of the models available on Lucid’s Design Yours Configurator, which leverages the cloud and ray-tracing technology to be the most realistic design configurator ever created.
Customers can now not only see the Lucid Air Pure but can build one of their own online, choosing from a range of colors, a choice of 19” Aero Range or 20” Aero Lite wheels, and other various options.
Customers who reserve any of the four versions of the Lucid Air will receive three years of free charging on the Electrify America nationwide network of ultra-high-speed charging stations.
The Lucid Air Pure will be available in early 2022. It joins the Touring, Grand Touring, and launch model Dream Edition. Those three models are expected to come to market in 2021 with the Dream Edition leading the way in the Spring of next year.
