
March continued with the positive trend in Belgium, with a record 1.397 plug-in vehicles last month, up 51% Year-on-Year.
Breaking down sales by model, the best-selling model in March was the Mercedes GLC350e, with 170 units (new personal best), the second place went for the BMW X5 PHEV, with 136 registrations, while the third place went to the veteran Nissan Leaf, with a surprising 124 deliveries, a new record for the Japanese hatchback.
In the Tear-to-date ranking, we have a 100% plug-in hybrid SUV podium, with the Mercedes GLC350e leading, with 395 registrations, followed by the Volvo XC90 PHEV (367 units) and the BMW X5 PHEV (340).
In the Light Commercial Vehicles (N1) category, sales are down 15% this year, to 33 units, with the Nissan e-NV200 leading the ranking, with 22 registrations.
In the CNG passenger car market, sales are down 14% to 466 units.
