
Robert Llewellyn released an interesting episode of the Fully Charged Show focused on the Tesla Model 3.
So far 400,000 people worldwide have pre-ordered the wildly anticipated Model 3, the vehicle that the Palo Alto-based carmaker hopes will take the electric car to the masses. 276,000 of those deposits came in the first 72 hours of order books being opened, with 117,000 orders placed before the car been unveiled.
The unveiling of the Tesla Model 3 recently garnered enormous interest around the world.
When will they make them?
How will they make that many?
Where will the batteries come from?
Tesla expects to make first Model 3 deliveries by the end of 2017. Tesla also said it would build 500,000 cars in 2018, two years ahead of schedule, and close to 1 million by 2020.
