Stellantis Agrees to Sell Free2move Car-Sharing Business to Mutares

Stellantis has agreed to sell its Free2move car-sharing business to Mutares. The deal will support Stellantis' core automotive strategy while enabling Free2move to expand as an independent mobility platform.
