Genesis expands GV60 offering with new extended range model for 2024

Genesis announced its 2024 GV60 U.S. pricing and packaging. The 2024 Genesis GV60 builds on its award-winning safety and performance with new features for the model year, including an available RWD trim adding up to 46 miles or 19% more estimated range on a full charge. For the 2024 model year, GV60 now starts at an MSRP of $52,000, making it available to an even broader audience of consumers.

The 2024 GV60 comes standard with a 168kW rear electric motor and rear-wheel drive, enabling an estimated base range of up to 294 miles per charge. Additional new standard features include a Wi-Fi hotspot capability, Genesis Digital Key 2, Highway Driving Assist II, and Advanced Forward Collision Avoidance-Assist.

Genesis has also improved the overall safety of the vehicle by increasing the number of airbags and adding a seatbelt pretensioner, load limiter, and seat belt reminder for the rear seats.

We are pleased to bring more driving range to our popular GV60 model line, giving consumers even more flexibility,” said Claudia Marquez, chief operating officer of Genesis Motor North America. “With class-leading features like Face Connect, the Crystal Sphere, and now an estimated up to 46 miles more range in the new RWD trim, we can’t wait to welcome even more consumers into our growing family of EV owners.”

Introduced in 2022, GV60 embodies the Genesis design language of Athletic Elegance and Beauty of White Space cabin design ethos. Its interior features a spacious layout while incorporating more sustainable and recycled materials, paired with leading safety and technology. GV60 also features world-first innovative technologies like Face Connect and the Crystal Sphere, allowing the driver to further personalize their driving experience.

The 2024 GV60 Standard RWD has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $52,000. The 2024 GV60 Advanced AWD’s has an MSRP of $60,550, and the 2024 GV60 Performance AWD[x] has an MSRP of $69,550.

The 2024 GV60 Standard RWD and Advanced AWD are now available at select retailers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. The 2024 GV60 Performance AWD availability will be announced at a later date.
